Satoshi Saikusa is shooting stars – Diane Kruger, Eva Green, Jean Reno, Vanessa Paradis and others. Satoshi Saikusa’s style is decadent, smart and exquisite .

They are created from antique celluloid (toothbrush handles, hand mirrors, combs, piano keys, musical instruments….pretty much anything but the kitchen sink). Each ring’s design is made from 20-150 separate pieces. There are no molds!! …just a hand saw, metal files, and sandpaper. The time required to make each ring is about one day.

I met Alessio 4 years ago when he was starting his project Untho. His style is very minimal and conceptual and I really like his mindset and lifestyle. He never stay in the same city for too much time and it’s true when he says that he lives on the Earth.
