It’s been a great year for us, and we feel really lucky to have made a lot of friends here and gotton help and support! Now showing in Los Angeles at LACMA, Philip-Lorca diCorcia exhibition features two of the American photographer strongest series, “Hustlers” and “Lucky 13″.  Both represent the broken dreams of people that moved to Hollywood. The “Hustlers” serie was shot with street casting in Santa Monica Boulevard area, a place frequented by male prostitutes and junkies. This exhibition features also works from his key series “Streetwork” and “Heads”, and an installation of 1.000 Polaroids presented for the first time. Infos here.

I think the essence of Estelle’s photography is energy & vibrancy. When I see her pictures I fell really rock and full of vibrant style and energy. I also like a lot of outfit and match colors of her photos. Great work.

I started taking photos when I started to be closer to the street scene. I used to take photos of skaters and painted trains

Resist Today is an artist collective based in Florida interested in using products as a wearable and functional art medium. My favourite item is the t-shirt above with the sweet, fluffy kitten that is having fun with a skull.

The up and coming brand Creative Recreation has recently gotten together with the french high fashion brand   Barney’s to creat something really different,  Made in Italy, featuring high quality materials .  You have to wait  next spring to wear a pair of this sneaker.

Mexican beer brand Pacifico has commissioned artist to paint on restored Volkswagen buses form the glorious 1960-70. The vintage buses will be around in the U.S. for all the events at retail locations. I like the one above by Shawn Wolfe that plays with painted Maggiolinos.
