Late last year, American Apparel teamed with Lookbook.nu and asked the site’s members to submit styles that featured American Apparel clothing. The company then sorted through nearly a thousand entries to create this 64-page Lookbook that features 132 looks from 77 Lookbook members.
“The book that came out of the friendship we [ American Apparel ] developed with the site over the past 18 months or so. From what we know, it’s the first instance of a fashion company ever doing anything like this on this scale. What’s so crazy about this lookbook is that’s almost entirely shot by someone other than us.”
The Lookbook is available free in stores and to online customers.

Sens of style and contemporary fashions are protagonist on Couturious.com, the newly launched site from Like.com. On the site you can sart styling and try out fashions from top designers on 3D models of your choice. The fitting is so realistic that enable you to tuck a shirt or undo a button here and there. The final outfits can be posted to Facebook and purchased on site! I have just tried it and it’s real FUN! I would spend the morning playing with this app…
