Interview with Moli Moli
I’ve worked in fashion for eight years and when I see nice patterns, illustrations or paints I always think that I’d like to see them on a t-shirt or something similar…. So when I saw Moli Moli stamps I thought …” I want a skirt with a fabric made with these patterns.” I like her style and her way to put different stuff together to make new and original creations. So I’d like to know better this overachiever artist. Let’s read her interview.

I´m 27
WHERE DO YOU LIVE?
I’m Spanish. I was born in Almeria , southern Spain , I lived and went to school for six years in Madrid and after that I went to New York City for a little while and then I went to Mexico. Last three years I’ve lived six months in Mexico and Spain (six months in each place ).
YOUR WORST VICE? Chocolate in any shape or form.
YOUR FAVOURITE SONG?
I have many favorite songs,the one from Buffallo Tom I don’ t remember the name….”On the Radio” from Donna Summers…“Tony the Beat” from The Sounds….Jenny Wilson “Let my shoes lead me the forward”.
YOUR FAVORITE PAINTER ?
Anything from Klimt, Miss Van, Pipilotti Risk, Vill Viola or Basquiat.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
Fresh , Strong, Narrative, Colorfull…

I love traveling , the last trip was Madrid - DF (Federal District of Mexico)

Moli… Que bien está tu trabajo en verdad, siempre me gustó, principalmente los que son una especie de tapetes, bordados y pintados geniales… Eres una gran artista. Te mando un abrazo, un beso y más exito, que se que lo vas a tener… Espero algun día tener un Moli Moli…
