Times Square will be hosting artist-designed billboards by Target, which will be later converted to Anna Sui bags for sale on the store’s website.
This happening will start on Labor Day Weekend, and the billboards will remain in Time Square through October. From September 4, customers will be able to order and customize their bags on the Target website .
