If you don’t like one of your pictures instead of trash them you can use the method of this eclectic artist … Delete or cover what you don’t like. She has a genius for vintage pictures.

Print on a t-shirt some picture of your holidays. It could be a new and funny way to show your friends (and maybe to unknown people) how much fun and relax you,ve got during your vacancy. T-shirts above are from www.cakelovesyou.com

Nat Finkelstein was a photographer with the photo agencies PIX and Black Star during the 1960s. He was a successful mainstream photojournalist, published in major media outlets. Nat is perhaps best known for his work with Andy Warhol as Warhol’s ‘unofficial’ in-house photographer. He decided to print the pictures he did in that period on t-shirts and it works. Andy Warhol and his crew always work. T-shirts are the same look that you could see in that period, fake vintage, fake scruffy, fake happy and terrifically cool. Versace’s Fall/Winter 2008 collection had a striking surprise, a collaboration with Dutch photo-collagist Tim Roelofs, which resulted in four mini-dresses embroidered with collages created by Roelofs. Versace is not one of my favourite brand but I have a big passion for photo-collage and I have to say that this collages are perfect on the so chic satin dresses. I’d wear them with great pleasure.

I think they’re very original . A good mix of streetart and sophisticated clothes.

Marvin Scott Jarrett, Founder of Ray Gun magazine and Co-founder of Nylon magazine. His risk taking, extremely cutting edge philosophy towards editorial choices and graphic imagery is generally considered to have been highly influential to what the traditional media termed “Generation X”. The sister publication to Ray Gun (which was primarily focused on alternative music) was Bikini Magazine, an unconventional 10″ x 10″ sized style, fashion, and pop culture magazine.
The claim to fame for Bikini’s launch in 1993 was the publication of an artistic nude pictorial featuring Alyssa Milano. This causing a bit of a stir as she was only just recently left her stint as the child character on ’80s sitcom Who’s the Boss?
