Versace’s Fall/Winter 2008 collection had a striking surprise, a collaboration with Dutch photo-collagist Tim Roelofs, which resulted in four mini-dresses embroidered with collages created by Roelofs. Versace is not one of my favourite brand but I have a big passion for photo-collage and I have to say that this collages are perfect on the so chic satin dresses. I’d wear them with great pleasure.
Sachiko Okada and Aaron Sharif are the design duo who make up Blaak. Blaak’s A/W 08 womenswear collection, inspired by both seventies rock group Kiss and Austrian painter Gustav Klimt’s “The Kiss”. Really like the romantic touch of laces and chiffon in a rock collection. Super. more picture here
